I called for a home inspection and they made my appointment very quick. The sent Brick Davis, he is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful (he even has a good sense of humor and was early to my appointment). He talked to me about other services they offered due to that I didn't know about other services they offer in the company. I also liked that I was able to open an account with them, and pay my bill online electronically. So far so good!

I know when I call Sawyer my bug problems will disappear. I just signed up for the quarterly service so I don't even have to think about bug control anymore. It's all done automatically. My family and I have used Sawyer for over 30 years. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Normally(depending on your situation obviously) first we'd treat the area in which there is a problem with a granular. This keeps them from being able to emerge from the nesting areas. Then we'd treat the surface with a non-repellant liquid pesticide. It's basically the same type of treatment for fleas and ticks so once the surface is dry it's safe for the animals to return. Personally if it were me, I'd keep them restrained for an extras 24hrs just so that they don't get into the ants bedding areas themselves. That is also enough time to allow the treatment to get carried into the nesting areas and pollute it and all ants within.(even those trying to relocate since we've disturbed the nest)
We can put out rodent bait through out the crawl space and attic. We can make recommendations as to where we may think they are getting in. The fee depends on the size of the home.
