I have been coming to this practice for atleast 4 years along with my Husband, and two kids. I wanted all of us to go to the same primary doctor. I'm seriously considering finding another doctor. I made an appointment to get my birth control and Dr. B Was out so they referred me to encompass. No one told me that, that one visit would establish me as a patient with encompass. So when I made a future appointment with my primary doctor I was actually making an appointment with encompass. I thought that was an one time deal. I don't want to see anyone else for a private issue. I think it was inconsiderate to not explain to me that I would have two doctors. And when I make my appointment on my chart I could get either Dr. I work in Health care at two Hospitals and I would always explain as much as possible. So when I went to my primary care doctor, the receptionist msa or whatever stated that she wouldn't argue with me because I was expressing my concerns which I thought since I was the patient and customer I could do in a respectful manner, but she was rude and I had already missed my other appointment at the other office which cost me 25.00. She didnt even ask me if I wanted to make an appointment with my doctor or how couls it be made right. I see why the rating is 3.9 stars.

Let me start by saying this use to be a good practice, with that being said this office has went downhill majorly. Today my wife had an appointment scheduled for 8:40, she arrived at the office and they told her they moved her appointment to today at 3pm. They NEVER reached out saying they changed the appointment. She drove 30 minutes to be turned away. This appointment was set 3 months prior. Secondly, you cannot get an appointment for months at a time. If you have an issue and call they tell you to go to urgent care, or the emergency room. I would never recommend this practice to anyone at this point.

Still waiting on a lab order to be placed with lab corp 2 days ago for a A1C test for a DOT physical. Now I cant work , no A1C cant work , Burlington Family dont care

I've seen doctors here since I was in my early 20's. They're very polite, helpful, and listen to what you have to say. Just like all doctors should. It's always clean making you feel comfortable.
