I don’t know why it took me 5 years to post this lol but I broke my jaw in April 2017 and my parents brought me here We stayed for maybe 3-4 hours and I got sent home and was told it would heal on its own and they would call an oral surgeon (Dr.Kintz)… that was Wednesday the day I had broken my jaw… I got up went to school the next day and Friday whatever but I couldn’t open my mouth AT ALL so we went to Grand Rapids found out they never called Dr.kintzs office and I had surgery in Grand Rapids the next day… I was 13 and if they’d called the oral surgeons office I would’ve had surgery probably Friday. I can see that nothing much has changed lol I went back to get my tonsils out tho and that was fine the nurses were sweet and took good care of me (July 2021)

They apparently don’t like disabled vet insurance:(. Was the sickest person waiting too long, only to be continuously bypassed by nose sniffles all morning. Finally just walked out Update: Then to make matters worse I get a bill for 242.50 ! For what? They never did anything! What a joke of a organization!!!

Most Doctors and nurses there need to choose a different profession. I could a give many examples from multiple people of multiple backgrounds, ages, ethnicity and professions. As well first hand experiences. If possible, I would avoid Greenville spectrum hospital. They in my experience have been lazy, callous, dismissive, unattentive to point of negligence and ignorant of their chosen profession. Also mind that I am in support of medical staff. They have a hard job and long hours. However, this is ridiculous and blatant disregard for patients health.

I was curious about the current ratings of the hospital and can say a low rating is as justified today as it was over two decades ago. I was sent to the ER three times in 2002. All three were minor injuries and yet are still an issue twenty years later. If you have the option to go somewhere else, I suggest you do as you will pay a hefty sum for a hack job.
