Great selection that you can order from, friendly people inside. Quality of service in the shop varies greatly depending on which mechanic you get. Look your vehicle over well before you leave, and make sure everything is done correctly. My …I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We do take our time making sure everything is installed properly and test drive every vehicle. When we installed your leveling kit in August of 2020, the vehicle was returned for a "rough ride", so we lowered the torsion keys/leveling kit down for a better ride. We did not install the leveling kit incorrectly; it just needed to be adjusted for your liking. Chevy 2500/3500 style trucks ride rougher when a leveling kit is installed. The higher the kit is raised the rougher the truck will ride and the lower it is the better they ride.
