Trailers are in poor condition and the speed bumps are just too high if you have a lower riding car i dont recommend this place

Decent place to live. Depends on the type of person you are as to if you'll get along here. You treat people good and pay your rent and don't cause trouble and there wont be any problems kinda place.

The trailers are poor quality and seem to be unsafe. One recently burned down because an electrical outlet burst into flames while nothing was plugged in and nothing was touching it.
