They miss trash pickup days several days a month. Horrible service. If you can, use a different company for your trash pickup.

I set up an appointment to have a mattress picked up. They were supposed to come on Friday 7-29. I called the office at about 2:00 and was told we were on the schedule. However no one showed up to pick up the old mattress. They don't open again until Monday so I can't complain to anyone. This is not how a business should be run.

I was a former and VERY satisfied customer of Sakoutis Brothers Disposal ... that Republic apparently bought out. Today I called Republic Services to cancel my once weekly pickups ... as Republic HAS NOT picked up my trash in at least 2 weeks. Some "Services" indeed.

THIS IS MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tried to call customer service as not able to cancel online. 3 phone calls and currently over 92 minutes on hold still not able to get someone to help me.
