To start off, the detox unit they are affiliated with literally had rats running around your feet and also holes in most of the ceilings dripping water. It was disgusting. The staff there also robbed not only my debit card with many fraudulent charges,, but many other client's as well. There should be criminal charges pressed for this.. The next thing I have to mention is that I was told with the insurance I have I would only have to pay a certain amount but instead find out when I come home that I owe over $44,000.00 and this alone can be detrimental to somebody's health. Also the food served to me as a vegan was disgusting - some lunches and dinners were not even served to me at all and I went to bed hungry many nights. Everything they said was a lie on the phone just to get me in there and Def not the $88,000. They charged the insurance in which I have to pay half. So if you end up on the phone with a gut named Carl, remember this review before sending a loved one here. It is a scam without the patient's best interest in mind, well definitely not mine. Keep in mind they are a business looking to make money.

It’s been 9 years of new days everyday. I am grateful for what’s been given me…..not a life of happy, joyous and free, but a real life…full of ups and downs, but no running away high from my problems. I gave up and got so much. Thanks.

How can a medical setting hold someone that doesn't want to stay hostage by withholding personal belongings that keeps someone from getting on a plane to go home? Advanced health and education will not give my husband his billfold with his personal belongings to be able to leave their facility to come home or his medication, saying that once he stays for 72 hours after giving his notice they will give him his stuff. He can leave at anytime but before the 72 hours he has to leave without his belongings because they refuse to give them to him. Which effectively makes his a hostage because he cant go anywhere with out his billfold or medication. He told them Feb 19th that he was giving his 72 hour notice. They didnt fill out the paperwork until Feb 21 making him stay even longer. We live several states away and can't just go back to collect his stuff once they decide they'll release it. Then they don't like to contact you back once there are issues. The director has a full mailbox so you can't leave messages so she just picks up the phone and hangs up on you. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Such a terrible experience. Lie after lie has been told. Dr ordered medication and they didn't get it for him for a week, he takes a shot every 10 days and the tech didn't know what she was doing and wasted his medication because when she injected it it spewed out of the syringe because she didn't tighten the needle.

By far the worst clinical staff ever, they will lie to you before you get there, those pictures aren’t what your room will look like, straight fraudulent. The counselors are horrible, Bill is the worst and will not care about anything you say, he will control you and your family, everything has to be his way or he doesn’t understand/ or care. Anna will be on her phone while your talking to her and never get the help you are seeking..I would always hear the techs talking about how they wish they called out and are only here for the paycheck.. They accidentally gave me someones else’s medication & said “oh well it’s not going to kill you” The doctor is also very slow, you have to go out of your way to find him and still will not get the proper medication for yourself, any questions about that place be free to email me.
