This was the place to buy ground chuck (hamburger)! The absolute best for what ever you may make from it. They changed it. It’s mostly fat and definitely not the same quality they used to have.

It's culturally acceptable to eat sheep and cow brain in some countries. I undersfand not knowing and thinking about witchcraft but this is a normal things in a lot of countries. As a matter of fact the nutritional values of sheep and cow brains is very interesting, very rich in VIT E , amongst other nutrients. Please be mindful of others peoples habits/ customs. I think eating Aligators and Turtles is the most disgusting thing, but yet don't call it witchcraft. I would not do it but if someone around dme does I will respect.Thank tou.

They have many house made sausages but sorry, I don't remember if kielbasa is one of them (so not much help). I can say all their sausage products are excellent.

I do not know that... I got rabbit in the G-mart on East independence, frozen but it was good
Not sure about those specifically, however the last time I was there I saw kangaroo, duck, and rabbit. All of which was in their frozen section. I'd call to verify.
