All right store. Busy as usual. Bought a tent that would not set up for the family. They went ahead and returned the and tent.

Very peaceful and very little trash. Had a fox trying to go through my stuff when it thought I was asleep though, so keep stuff packed away safe when you hit the hay.

We don't generally stay in the campgrounds themselves, but up the road just a bit. The campgrounds are nice, they each have their own firepits, conditions permitting, and there is a toilet, not a bathroom but a toilet...imagine an outhouse …

A sort drive from Lake Isabella & you get the best wildlife viewing, beautiful breeze, nice weather, and a quiet campground! The stars are amazing at night! The days are nice and cool! Not too many bugs or people around. Very beautiful …

The campsite is free but you need a permit to build a campfire. You can get one at http://www.preventwildfireca.org/Campfire-Permit/

It's a dispersed campground, so it's free for two weeks. Very clean. Has toilets but they are primitive, but clean.
