Great environment as soon as you walk in the door!! I have worked with Steven and Andrew on 2 separate occasions. The 1st was buying my son a trumpet for his school band. I orders it online and it was ready to pick up that afternoon. I was informed about different accessories/extra pieces but I was never pressured into buying them. The 2nd time was buying my son a guitar. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Andrew. We told him what we were looking for and he took us straight to them. He asked several questions to get an idea of what would be the best for us. As my son was a beginner we knew nothing about them. Andrew was very kind and helpful. Some people would have pushed us to an expensive guitar, but he didn’t. He showed us some the more affordable guitars as that would be all we needed just starting out. He let my son hold a few and get a feel for them. He also told us about a promotion at that time that included lessons. We had checked out another music store in our area and not one employee greeted us or asked if they could help us and we walked around the whole store for about 20 minutes. Needless to say we went back to Music and Arts in Hickory and bought a guitar. Andrew and Seven are the absolute BEST!!!!! Music and Arts should commend these guys for being great employees and good people. I will recommend them to anyone.

Steven, the manager of this store is doing an incredible job. He didn’t a very long time helping me with an important order for my daughter and answered all my questions and helped me find the products I needed for her. He was very willing and patient to help amd diligent and professional and so kind. He treated me very well as a return customer and was very appreciative.. I want to give him praise for managing this store so well and for doing such a great job. Thank you Steven!
