I was taken on a tour of the Charlotte Avana Community yesterday and had a wonderful experience with Leasing Professional, JaNeesa. She was knowledgable, patient and detailed in her responses to the questions that I asked. The property was well-maintained and attractive. Before leaving the appointment, JaNeesa emailed a quote for the unit that I viewed. It was a most pleasant visit and time well-spent.

worst place to rent there is no parking which is awful when you have children and groceries to carry people have wild parties the neighbors are noisy/nosy you can hear conversations through the walls they don't fix anything the light outside my door had not been fixed in over 2 months and it over all just isn't a great place to live no one should pay over 1300 for an apartment that you can't even park where you want

Ashlee and Breonna made moving in a great experience. Quickly addressed any concerns I had. Area is nice and quiet. Near the highway but quiet, everything I need is very close.

A Real Guy

Moved in 3 weeks ago after looking at MANY properties. Breonna and Ashlee were so welcoming and helpful. They kept me up to date and on aspects (apartment completely renovated-GORGEOUS). Everyone made me feel comfortable and excited for this next chapter in my life.
