We do have some of our homes that are one level homes. However, at this time, the only thing that we having coming available that has not already been leased is a 1600SF 3BR ranch that leases for $1695/month. Thank you for your interest in The Clusters. At this time the only home that I have coming available is a 4BR that will be available around mid July. We ask that our tenants give us a 30 day move out notice, so things can change from day to day. If you let me know what size home you will need and when in August you plan to move, I will be happy to add you to our call back list and will let you know if I get a move out notice for a home that I think might would work for you.
