I bought a mini cooper convertible. I was told they did a "Waterproof test" to make sure there isn't leaking from anywhere. Thats a JOKE because the first real rain we got I noticed the water went right under my back seats and flooded the cavity. I can tell this is not the first time it has happened because the bottom of seats are extremely moldy, as if its been this way for a while.They also claimed they did a break and roader check, and my car supposedly passed. Which is surprising because not even a month later I needed to replace breaks and roaders and when I did they were worn down to the end. Theres no way I took that much off my break pads driving for only a month. I know these things may seem small..but its the principal. I don't expect a perfect flawless car but when you tell me something was done, as little as the waterproof test or the break test, when it actually wasn't is shady and makes me wonder what else they get away with.

When my own car’s emergency services left me stranded in the middle of the road, the guys (and the owner) from Auto Exotica came and helped me out. They quickly found the problem, and got me going again. Super nice and knowledgeable. Top Notch!
