I’m not sure if they know my to do their job. My baby is 11 months old, I has her came for blood work. They lady at front desk did her blood work. She shoot the needle in and out for 10+ times just to draw blood out. And it was a baby. My baby was crying so hard because it was so painful. Even I as an adult couldn’t handle this one unprofessional job. My baby arm is bruised right after.

I have not seen so many stupid things in one place. Send a white in 11 months, and it is impossible to find out by phone, some just hung up when I called, the doctor gave me a discount, what is the valid month, how should I use it after 11 months? and what's the point of doing two blood tests in one day, I paid twice because I don't want my rating to drop now.

This Is a terrible place ..will never go back.my blood work took forever to get back, when I was told blood work was going to take 2 to 3 days...and number on website is no good...
