Very strange. Was looking to adopt a kitten or cat. Called the number provided and quickly got a text saying they were at work and they would contact me the next day. Got a call 2 days later from a different person. They asked me a few questions about my home size and if I've ever had cats (I have) and after a positive conversation, I was told I'd get a call from the president of the foundation "in a day or two". That was over a month ago. Not sure what happened. Like I said, very strange. I'm not saying don't reach out to this foundation if you want to adopt. Please do. I'm sure they do great work. This is MY EXPERIENCE ONLY. Adopt. Don't buy.

Kathy Henderson is the best! she truly loves and cares for any cat living on the streets and has been a tremendous help in finding a loving home for the colony living outside. Bayonne is lucky to have her!

Hi, I'm sorry but we are not able to help, we do not have foster homes available.and finances are very low. Contact the rescues in JC. There is Companion Animal Trust, Jersey Cats

Is this place open. Do they accept feral cats.

Hi, we are a rescue, not a shelter. We do not have a physical building and use foster homes for our rescues. True feral cats are trapped, neutered and returned to their outdoor home.

I have 2 cats .1 used to live in my building n other is a neighborhood cat I feed both. Management said anyone caught feeding them will be put out. Can anyone help.i have a young cat myself .what to do.!

Hello Gail, if the cats are friendly and are adoptable reach out to your local rescue groups to see if they can take them into their rescue. If the cat's are not spayed and neutered, that is a problem and the main reason landlords and supers of apartment buildings don't want them around. If that is the case, talk to building manager and ask if they are fixed and vaccinated will you be able to continue feeding. I hope these suggestions help.
