To answer your question, vehicles continue checking in and selling all weekend long, so there is no point at which we could generate a list. Also the speed at which vehicles typically sell at this weekend event is simply too fast to even post them on our website real time. Sellers don't have to update us on the status of their vehicle, so buyers would too often be looking at vehicles that had already sold or are in the process of being sold and then be upset that they drove out for no reason. Lastly, 23 years later our in-person process is still what differentiates us and what makes sense, as over 90% of buyers don't end up buying the model they would have searched for, and used vehicles need to be seen in person to determine further interest. It produces the best results for all parties, and that's proven by the thousands of weekly buyers and unmatched rate of sale.

Sherry, in the interest of maintaining our signature no pressure atmosphere sellers are actually not permitted to remain on site at the event, so you can just drop off and go enjoy your weekend! We have found after 23 years that most buyers are ultimately willing to meet at pickup time on Sunday when you are returning anyway, so that is what we recommend, unless the specific buyer and circumstances (including being on the same page price-wise) warrant a trip earlier in the weekend. Drop off on Friday after 4 p.m. Is always recommended, so perhaps drop the vehicle off and have dinner or do a little shopping locally before heading home to give yourself a couple hours. There are tons of great restaurants across the street and endless shopping up the street. I'd take the sub out, and if it is permanently wired with a connection in the back, mention that the car can have a sub connected in the back

Check out the how the auto fair works and tips for sellers pages, then simply click on the register to sell menu item to pre-register your vehicle for the weekend. 90% of customers pre-register on the website and it makes the process very smooth. So far as test drives, that remains in your control. Auto Fair staff will open and start the vehicle for prospective buyers, and then to go any further like take a test drive or make a deal the buyer contacts you directly. For your personal safety if you join the buyer on the test drive, upon request Auto Fair staff will record the test driver's ID before you leave with the buyer. You can drop off and pick up your vehicle at anytime that the Auto Fair is open. It's is however heavily suggested that you drop off your vehicle Friday at 4pm as soon as the Auto Fair opens. All Vehicles have to off the lot by 6pm Sunday or they can be towed. Vehicles can be picked up anytime that the Auto Fair is open. The official hours of the Auto Fair is: Sellers Friday 4pm - 10pm Saturday 8am - 10pm Sunday 8am - 6pm Buyers Friday 5pm - 8pm Saturday 8am - 8pm Sunday 8am - 5pm
