I couldn't have asked for a better experience then I had at Avalon flooring. My sales person, Renee, answered all my questions with knowledge and confidence. Renee was pleasant, informative, and patient with me. She took the time to explain the different flooring options that worked best for my home with 2 dogs.i am looking forward to proceeding with Avalon flooring for the installation of my floor. My wife Andrea and I have been building homes for 20 years and this is the first time that I have used Avalon ,fortunately I landed in Brick with Diane Costa—-first let me say that Diane was excellent from beginning to end -the product was here when I needed it & it was complete. Diane followed through even while she was on vacation it was seemless. Her knowledge of the product is excellent, her design drawings were exactly what we wanted —there were no questions from our tile guy .It was very easy and so is Diane. Avalon is fortunate to have her. Thumbs up👍

My carpet was installed in February 2019. The installation was very good and quick. The workers were very nice and polite. But the quality of the carpet was the lowest I’ve ever seen. I always had wall to wall carpeting in my house. The previous carpet was the same light grey color but it lasted more than 20 years. Every stain was easily removable with the carpet cleaning spray. The new one is impossible to clean. Every tiny stain been cleaned creates a huge dark stain. I keep my house very clean. I have no pets and no children. There’s only me and my husband. I suspect there is something wrong with the new padding. But again it’s not my problem. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

Many of our products do have samples that can be brought home. Depending on the product, you may be able to take those samples home the same day, or we may have to ship them to your home. For example, for hardwood, laminate, and vinyl we offer $5 samples that can be shipped directly to your home, while carpet samples are often available in store for customers to take home.
We carry remnants in our Rio Grande, NJ and Toms River, NJ showrooms. We also offer a full selection of ready-made rugs as well as an opportunity for custom rugs from a wide variety of vendors and brands.
Yes, we carry a wide range of installation materials, including grout and mortar. We are a full stocking dealer of your most common grout and mortar brands, including TEC, Schluter, Wedi and more.
We offer stretching for carpet that was originally installed by the Avalon Flooring team. Our carpet stretching services are available for a fee. Call your store associate or local showroom for details.
A: Yes, there is an additional charge for installation of any of our products. One of our store associates can help you understand the fee involved for your specific installation.
Yes, we sell custom runners for your staircases. We also carry a selection of wood-look stair treads that coordinate well with our flooring options. We do not carry carpet stair treads at this time.
Yes, each of our showrooms accepts all major credit cards as payment, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please call your local showroom if you have any questions.
Yes, we offer free measuring services for our customers. Once a customer visits a showroom or completes a virtual consultation and makes selections, one of our professional estimators will visit the home to properly measure the space for the selected materials.
Yes, we can install new products from our showrooms with our certified installers. Avalon Flooring installations are always completed by insured subcontractors who understand the latest installation methods for all of our products for smooth installation in your home.
