I had a car rental from there and Ive been charge randomly once everything was done I tried reaching out and no one every picks up the phone when I call. if anyone is going to rent avoid this place it’s awful when it come to customer service.

Ocean location at the circle picked me up from the auto shop, got me in the pretty car fast, explained all charges so that I fully understood! Was able to drop key off after hours as well on the day of scheduled return.

21 is the cut off age limit but you will pay a higher rental rate than say a 25 year old or higher. You can Google it for Enterprise. All rental car establishment's use rhis same age rule of thumb. Hope this helps.
