i got my first earrings at claire’s which was amazing actually. a few weeks ago my mom and i decided to go here to get our second ear piercings matching. everything went well and there was barely any pain. after about a week, my moms piercing started to hurt a lot so she had to take it out. she was using the spray they gave us and using it every day and night but it turns out her ear piercing was infected. her ear was bleeding and had a big bump on it which is thankfully all gone now but her ear closed. i thought mine would go well but that went wrong too. after 4 weeks of using the spray, my mom took my piercing out for the night. the next morning i tried to put it back in for school but it didn’t go in and instead started bleeding (and yes i cleaned both my ear and the earring before putting it in) today i tried to put it back in with my moms help and it went in from both sides but when we tried to put it in at once it wouldn’t go in. we could see the end of the metal going out of my ear but it wouldn’t come out. so our best guess is that they didn’t put it in straight. in the picture the top one that looks kinda big is my piercing about 20 minutes after trying to put it in
