in the 2 years we’ve been using black diamond the whole west side crew has been amazing and we’ve never had any issues but whoever came out to treat the house today (didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond, we were his last stop of the day and I really appreciated him spending the extra time here and the kindness and patience shown to my toddler and the dog (who are both nosey and tend to get in the way) Good people are hard to find.
