You know how low my expectations are for fast food? Really low. I just want some technically edible, warmer than room temperature calories quickly. But this place has managed to let me down repeatedly and today will be the last day for Wendy’s in my diet. I consistently get the wrong food, not all my food, cold food, half empty boxes of old hard fries, tiny and half filled kids cups with the wrong beverage to go with my large “value” meal, miserable employees, long waits, and it’s not even cheap! I’ve had my debit card walked away with TWICE now! I missed it the first time, tried to call the store and retrieve it when I realized, and never could get anyone to answer a phone or help. I had to order a replacement (which got lost in the mail, but that’s another story) And today they tried to take it again! I had to hang out my window and wave someone down to insist it be returned. I didn’t get a receipt or I’d be calling and complaining and demanding a refund. Don’t bother with this place. It’s trash.

We orden in the app a blt and has mo bacon, the lettuce and tomato were perish. Order a jr. Bacon that was missing and a Coke, we got dr.pepper. went back give me a cold Burger with perish salad and insted of give us a new blt they give us two pices of and old cold Bacon.

From what I see, Employees wear masks. I only use drive-thru, so not sure if inside dining is allowed.
