I just joined. The front desk person was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The price was very affordable ( I purchased a family membership) Facilities are bright and clean & offer a lot of activities and opportunities for my family to get healthier, have fun, and make new friends. I can't wait! I will let you know how things go.

Sorry to say but if you have a kid with autism Y care wont be able to handle it. Young teenagers taking care of kids that clearly they dont have the patience for them. Next time put a sign that says "Kids that are only well mannered and dont run or dont have energy (as kids normally have especially in the spectrum) are able to sign up for Y care. If you want buisness atleast hire people that can handle kids an have patience and that are professionaly capable to handle kids with autism because maybe theres no other option that a parent have but to put them in a day care. I was told "he needs to be put in a one on one care" so i have to distance my son from other kids knowin it took him a while to get use to them because he was scared now i have to isolate him from kids because they cant HANDLE HIM. Im lost for words and out of options at this point maybe having to quit my job because of this.
