The receptionist here is terribly rude for this to be a medical facility. Sad some people have to deal with that type of service.

If you call registration they can probably help you.
Some doctors do. You have to check the doctor you want to use on the UPMC website.
You can just go up to the front desk and ask. They can tell you right there.
