Attendant was great and accommodating to all, even though extremely busy doing a large wash order. Washers and place clean. Would have given 5 but not happy with dryers. Issue dryers not really hot, $3 on towels & $2 on delicates and I still needed to bring them home and hang them up to dry. Card system not too complicated. Just not as easy as cash.

What a dump. Thieves too. Worst customer service anywhere. Charged my card but failed to load it on their card. Told me they couldn't do anything for me. Refused to load my card so I had to take wet clothes home to spread out to dry. …Sir, I am sorry for your experience and I realize that you are frustrated. But first things first. Our store is NOT a dump. It is bright, clean, and equipped with very good equipment. Next, from what I gathered from our cameras and discussion with my Attendant, you removed your card too soon from the self-service kiosk, and the transaction was interrupted. The attempted transaction will not remove money from your account. It will show as pending in your online view for a few days and then drop off without taking the money. My Attendant tried to explain this to you, but you became hostile and would not listen. You then proceeded to slam equipment doors as you left. Sir, we are always happy to work with customers to resolve whatever issues may arise. And if you bring us documentation after three days that shows that the money did indeed get billed to your account, we will happily refund it. I do think that another provider would be better suited for your continuing laundry needs. Tim Hagelin Owner

Great place to get some clothes clean. Never really see anyone else there while I'm there either. In the past 5 times I've done laundry here I've seen 1 other person 1 time, so if you don't like the crowded laundry matts then this is definitely the right place.Thank you for your business! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. My puppy got sick all over the bedding so I needed large washer/dryer. Staff gave me options for buying a card or just run a tab for that day. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and place seemed very clean. Will definitely go there again
