I cannot say enough good things about Granmarb. Starting with my 1st visit to the showroom to the new quartz counter installed last Friday. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The new counter is perfect and the installers were great. Before they left they cleaned the counter and vacuumed the floor and removed all garbage. I would recommend anyone looking for new counter tops to definitely visit Granmarb.

If your in long Island or the city and remodeling your home/condo, don 't waste time going anywhere else! As a customer, I've been remodeling my condo for months now, but wasted too much valuable time trying to select the right quartz material that suited my style of kitchen. At first, I didn't know of GranMarb, and wasted 6 months trying too select the right size countertop , I needed for the culinary area. Unfortunately, I spent too much time searching around other showrooms, that ended up being an overwhelming experience, because most weren't exactly straightforward about inventory or which material that had available. I strongly recommend, GranMarb to other customers that have a busy lifestyle and need, the expertise from a family owned, reliable business , to finally complete the home renovation of their dream!

I want to begin by saying that we had originally put down a deposit for a quartz remnant at a different company out East, but unfortunately they sold our piece off accidentally, and we were three days away from the tile guy needing those cut pieces for the shower niches, bench top, and threshold. I was in an absolute panic, and a friend recommended Granmarb, but I had never heard of them. I walked, (no, that’s not accurate. I RAN) into their store looking all disheveled and crazed. The staff that greeted me (Tom, Giovanni and Christina) could immediately see that I needed help and they came over offering me some water and a chair. Once I explained what was going on and the urgency of the situation, all three of them got to work to try to find me either the same piece I had chosen at the other place, or something that could work. Tom went immediately into the yard and started picking out quartz slabs for me to view based only on the description I gave him. I found a slab that worked beautifully with the rest of the bathroom, and they were ALL ABOUT getting the individual pieces cut in time for the tile guy to be able to install them. And when I say they were all about it - they really were. It was as if I was someone’s family member and it mattered as much to them as it did to me. I was so impressed, and my panic instantly dissipated. My husband picked up the pieces a day early! (Yes, THAT’S how much they wanted to help us), and one of them was not cut correctly, which is not uncommon, especially when they are working off of a hand-drawing and have very little time to get it all done. Well, as soon as I called to tell them that one of the pieces was wrong, Tom said, “ok, let me go talk to them in the back and see what we can do for you.” By the next morning, Tom (I’m not joking - this actually happened) was able to get the piece cut, and he HAND DELIVERED it to my home and literally handed it to the tile guy himself so he could finish the job. Who does this? My husband and I were shocked and so impressed. The tile guy and other contractors there were amazed also. Talk about service! Other companies may SAY that they treat you like family, but Granmarb ACTUALLY does. It really felt like they had as much of a stake in our bathroom being done on time as we did. We were all so, so impressed. We also had a crazy request for a wraparound countertop that we understood would be difficult to do without a seam, and most of the other companies that we dealt with (while we were shopping around) told us it was impossible - that it would be just too off balance and would more than likely crack. Well, Granmarb was very honest, but also willing to try when no one else would. Their response, “It’s going to be challenging, but we love a good challenge so we will be more than happy to give it a try for you.” And they did. And it WORKED! I think everyone present in that moment was jumping for joy. The two lovely men who came to install it were so friendly and helpful, and cleaned up when they were done. Top notch service for sure. I know this was a long review, and if you made it to the end of this then you probably are looking for a company that really does deliver the kind of service that makes people come back time and time again. If you are, then this is the company you want to use.

Wonderful experience. From the beginning stages of picking the counter, to the installation, all was seamless. The staff is very helpful and always there to answer any questions, supply their knowledge. So happy I went with them, you won’t regret it !
