The service that Jiffy Junk performed far exceeded my expectations. They were INCREDIBLE!! I needed a couch, a wooden cabinet, and a VERY heavy piano removed from my house. The couch and wooden cabinet removal was the easy part. No problem there. My piano was located on the first floor in my carpeted living room, which is next to my vinyl tiled dining room. The dining room has the doorway Jiffy Junk used. The doorway opened to a new granite porch and bluestone steps that went down to the cement walkway. My biggest fear was that the living room, or dining room, or porch, or steps, or walkway, or all of the above would be either damaged a lot or even just a little because the piano weighs a ton. In fact, I could never even budge it at all to clean behind it. I couldn't have been more stunned at what happened. Jiffy Junk showed up with five men. Myrvin Garnett was the group lead who orchestrated exactly how the piano was to be removed. They put down blankets everywhere for protection. To my astonishment, the men did NOT drag the piano at all. They CARRIED it out! They CARRIED it across my living room and dining room and over the threshold of the outside door, where they gently put it down so they could rotate the men around and rest a moment. Then they proceeded to CARRY it across the width of my porch and down the steps where they gently put it down on the walkway to rest another moment. From there they CARRIED it over to their truck and placed it inside. And because they knew exactly what they were doing, the whole job took less than five minutes. The best part is that nothing was damaged at all. Truly phenomenal work! I am EXTREMELY happy with their service and would absolutely recommend them. My sincere thanks to Myrvin and his crew for a job very well done!

From our first phone call, thorough the estimate and the resulting estate cleanout, Jiffy Junk clear communication and professionalism stood out. I can't say enough about how good they were. They always came on time, sent confirmations via email and were very clear about their estimates. The four people that did the clean out were Mike, Mike, Merv and Eddie and all were extremely hard workers that worked from 9am to 8pm to get the job done. They moved at a brisk pace but also moved all items with great care as to not damage your house. They worked hard to separate items that could be given to Veterans and which items could be recycled. I highly recommend this company for any junk removal or estate cleanouts.

This place is Awesome, I have dealt with other Junk Companies no comparison. These guys came gave estimate and was in and out within 20 minutes same day. I am definitely using their service again and already I have recommended them to neighbors and friends. They also swept and cleaned once everything was picked up. Just the best. Very happy
