I had a service call for my A/C through Galletair. They told me everything looks fine and changed my filter, charging $200. Two months later my electrician is doing work in the attic and mentioned to me that the drip pan for my A/C system is undersized, and there is evidence of previous water damage from coil condensation leaking beside the pan. He then opened the unit to see some damage damage inside the unit from said condensation, and told me any reasonable HVAC company should have caught and fixed this on a service call... Edit: In response to the owner, let's clear some things up. Your tech told me everything looked great + my issue doesn't seem to be occurring, and that he felt bad charging me $200 for changing my filter. I still have the same rhythmic whirring occurring quite often despite this. Two months later my electrician, who happens to be a certified HVAC installer, notices the undersized pan and other issues.

Started using Gallett Air after noticing my neighbor has been using them for years , so I asked and he highly recommended them for emergency services and to consider annual service contract. I did so as recommended. I am glad. I needed their service and was given an appointment for the next morning. The gentleman who came were clean and professional. Thinking of customer safety both wore PPE respecting my family’s health and booties to protect my floors. My system needed a new circuit board. They looked for a replacement in their vehicle tried a universal board but when it didn’t function properly they had a factory replacement bought over while they remained to get my heat up and running. As a contractor myself they showed me that they care about their customers. Btw there was a young man learning the trade and he was very polite and he is representing them well thank you gallett air. September 2022- update Ended service. Sold property I wish I had Gallett Air at my new residence. They’re great and recommend them

Last week I had installed a new Air Conditioning system in my home by Gallette Air. My old system was well over 20 years old so I was definitely looking to upgrade to a more efficient unit. John and his install crew did really a great job. Very organized professional. Really great experience from beginning to end.
