Rented 5 scooters. 1 malfunctioned. Had 2 walk scooter back about 1/2 a mile. Initially blamed me 4 malfunction. Then said no problem, will waive late fee. Otherwise they could not care less. Should have know better as tourists complaining re: malfunctioning equipment when walked in. Most disturbing: Very nice older gentleman there, but the younger man flexed his arms (he must work out - lol) while leaning on the counter giving me the look of death. He was very aggressive (Especially with tourists) while I voiced my complaints. Really felt like was trying to intimidate. That said, the experience itself was fantastic. I have never seen that much of Central Park. Family loved it too. And easy to ride even for my youngest.

Sanjay was very helpful and very kind. The process was very easy and we had a lot of fun. The bike rentals are affordable and make sure to bring your friends for a good experience.

Yes, training wheels are available!
Hello, Today we are operating from 8am to 6pm. However, We offer 24 hour (overnight) rentals so that you can use the bike at any time!
I do not remember anymore, but it seems to me not because what I did was a little longer on a black iron basket where I put all the equipment .. Just pay attention to what I mentioned to notice that it sits well and not something that weighs as much as a heavy water bottle because it will cause the basket to attach to the wheel and it will make noise and can destroy it ..
Yes , they do, but its much more expensive.
Doesn't hurt to reserve in advance
it is at the corner of the street and the rental is located at the top of the building. It's hard to find unless one of the guys on the street takes you there. But the building is right in front of where all the bikes were parked. right next to the store with all the fancy stuff at random
Yes, we rented a pair of double bikes there
Hi Mine, All our rental fares are available on our website at www.bikerent.nyc. Rentals in store start at $15 per hour and rise by $5 per hour, e.g. a 2-hour rental is $20!
Helmets are included when you rent a bike. I'm not sure if they rent them separately.
