My daughter has went here from infant through kindergarten and we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff and teachers are amazing and the curriculum in each class is above all. We would highly recommend this location.

My children have been here for several years and we could not be more pleased. Nothing but professionalism and also love from staff. Management has not turned over during our stint here, which provides balance and consistency. They have handled COVID with extreme care and strict caution, while providing care for our first responding families during the uncertain early days of the pandemic. They have ebbed and flowed to the best of their ability while still providing an amazing learning environment for my children. I am forever grateful to Primrose of Cornelius.

So many issues that are a major health concern I observed especially during covid. Children who were directly exposed not made to be tested AND siblings of those either having covid or directly exposed allowed to return to school. Some children who were supposed to be in quarantine due to covid exposure at the school were allowed to come on school grounds to walk their siblings to the classroom. That is not acceptable. Most daycares close down due to positive cases. But money is a big factor here. I was told "No they aren't supposed to be doing this, but parents don't listen and we cant control it" when I asked why a sibling that was directly exposed was allowed to walk a sibling with the parent to the siblings classroom. How does this slow the spread or make sense? Great teachers, great kids. Management is the issue. The most negative environment I've ever worked in. Which is sad because this is an environment involving children. All just my opinion and experience.

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
