The staff here are super nice! They were patient and extremely helpful in letting me see different ways/fonts I could use for a charcuterie board I was getting engraved. I dropped it off at 3pm one evening & it was ready the next morning! Super quick service and the engraving came out really nice, not to mention the prices are super affordable! (I love how the engraver kept the board intact w/ the protective covering & only opened the small portion that needed to be used, nice touch!) I will definitely be using them for all other engraving needs in the future!

I have brought orders from my club to Awards North for many years - and i have always been quite happy. They are always quick and accurate as they have produced a large number of plaques of various sizes as well as other assorted items for us. For example, this year they made 41 plaques and 27 other items for our awards program. Occasionally we need to make changes to our order, and they are always willing to help us out. I recommend them most highly.

Yes, we do. We prefer to not engrave very expensive jewelry and will require a signed waiver in case of any (unintended) damage. We typically turn around in 3-4 days but also depends on our workload.
