Ordered through DoorDash two cups of chicken and rice soup and received chicken noodle soup instead, also I ordered a king corned beef sub and asked for it to be hot, the sub bread was extra hard and basically all bread and icy cold, never again!!!!!

I've been to this place five times in the last month. Every single time the order was prepared perfectly. The cold turkey sub has always been fresh and delicious and the onion rings are so flavorful.

Great my sandwich tasted very good. Why did I give only 2 stars you ask? 2nd time I have ordered here in 2 weeks time. First time my sandwich was cold I asked for hot Sandwhich it was cold and I asked for peppers didn’t get it. This time I order just a regular game and cheese sandwich with pickle, mayo and mustard no lettuce or tomato that’s exactly what she got with everything my else. I asked for our sandwiches to be hot again they were cold. My sandwich had what I want on it this time. Ima say this if your short staff hire more staff. Everyone makes mistakes but the mistakes are toooo constant.

The Manager Dennis didn't want to help resolve my Doordash issue at all. The soup spilled all over my kids food due to improper packaging and pieces of plastic were all in the soup and completely unsafe. Unacceptable!!! I wish I could give a zero rating!!
