Very bad customer service. The heavy set lady with the shaved head is very rude! She have a very nasty attitude and was in my conversation being nosey! AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE! PLEASE HAVE THEM REPEAT THE ORDER THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EXTRA OF WHAT YOU ORDER AND WILL LIE AND SAY THE PRICES CHANGED! WILL NOT EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

I want to start off saying the manager Mark at this location is wonderful and made my day. I went to the Lansing location where the manager Watasha was trying to fight me and disrespected me by talking about my clothes knowing I was Pregnant all over a coupon that was sent to me through email by checkers. She made me uncomfortable by making me get out my car to come inside the store and I explained that my daughter was sick and that I’m pregnant I was Trying to order through the drive through. Once inside she was rude and not helpful trying to tell me I go Around asking for free fries when they sent me the code less than 24 hours ago. Also she followed me out to my car trying to “move me”. When I called corporate I let Them know what happened and I went To the next nearest location which is south Holland because I am Pregnant and want what I crave. They gave me a free meal through the app and told me use it anywhere. The manager mark was SO NICE he didn’t make me feel bad for having a coupon he made my food the exact way I asked And even apologized for the manager at the LANSING location who don’t know how to handle customers. For now on, I’ll take the extra drive to come to south Holland because it’s always nice and never had any problems going there even as a kid:)

Greasy but good.. I had a fish sandwich. Wouldn't make a habit of going there but every now and then nice spot for the fast food crave
