First, they charged my insurance wrong, so I had to pay 120$. Then the nurse came in, she had a really bad attitude from the start. Then the doctor came in (mind you no one knocked or anything just came in the room) he asked what was wrong, I told him my symptoms, which all matched to strep (I am also a carrier, which I told him). However, he refused to send me home with antibiotics, instead he gave me a migraine shot in my behind! He said it was for the pain…really?! Which mind you, it did not help at all! It got so bad, I couldn’t eat or drink anything that night. I then had to go to Iredell Urgent care the next day, which the doctor there (who was very in tune with the well being of his patients) took one look at my throat and said, yeah you got strep bad! I missed three days worth of work thanks to FastMed and a doctor that couldn’t seem to be bothered. Not to mention I could hear him and the nurse in the office talking about me and laughing while I was in pain in the room. I was mortified! I will never go back to FastMed or recommend them! Do not go there!

My fiance made an appointment to be seen for today, took them so long to put her in the room, when they did give her a shot they got blood on her clothes, and it was a 30min wait time after the scheduled appointment, not very fast at all. Neither of us are happy with how the appointment went.

We are open finally and ready for business at our new location listed above at 168 Norman Station Blvd Suite Q. We were forced to close our last location due to some construction issues. We have just opened as of today 1/6/20 across from Walmart near CiCI's Pizza. We have a brand new facility and are looking forward to taking care of patient's once again.
