I scheduled an appointment 2 days in a row and they canceled both times super late at night! I understand being short staffed but that's ridiculous.

My daughter was screaming with ear pain and my mother had to take her to this location bc they were spending a day at the zoo. The lady told her they did not take sc Medicaid and didn’t even bother to give the option to pay out of pocket and sent my 4 year old on her way.!

Had to stop in about 6 months ago and paid about 130 plus 80 in the recommended medications. After 6 months was sent a second bill which was never mentioned and even though I tried calling 3 times I could never get in touch with anyone so I ended up paying it. Even though I paid it within a few days of me getting this unexpected bill they still sent it to a debt collector as well which is rediculous. I wouldn't recommend going if a business cannot be transparent about what and when they will charge you it's hard to trust them. I will update if someone from minute clinic reaches out to me. If not I'm tempted to fill out a report with the BBB.

I booked my appt. online and signed in when I arrived and was seen within 20 minutes of arrival. I had a great experience. Will definitely be returning if I need a Dr. in the future.

Questions & Answers

Can a minute clinic give me a prescription for blood pressure meds ?bc I'm out of Lisinopril and lasix

If it's been awhile - you may need lab work w/ results first. But if you just recently ran out and your assessment is acceptable, yes one time medication renewal. Take your prescription bottles with you. Hope this helps

Is this a free clinic for people with no insurance

No, you still need your insurance and pay your co-pay
