Only go here if you want to be buried a few days later. I went here with a brown recluse bite which I didn't know at the time what it was. The nurse in training not a doctor because they don't have anyone with actual training at these places told me to take some antibiotics and it should clear up in a few days. I ended up in the hospital 3 days with my leg swollen 3 times the size and also turning blue/purple. I was told by an actual doctor that if I would have waited another day they would be amputating from the knee down. Also this is a review for my Mom as well Greta Bryant Wright went here in April for a sore above her lip and she died 2 days later. She also asked the nurse in training to "not" give her a certain antibiotic because it made her stomach upset. Good thing she voiced her opinion right? Well nvm what my mother said the "nurse in training" obviously knew better and put her on it anyways. My mother died in pain thanks to these people and I wouldn't return here if it was the only help in all of North Carolina.

Completely disorganized, long wait (over an hour) after their website said less than 4 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was ushered in to the room for my visit. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. A lady took my vitials and said the doctor would be in shortly. I met with Christy Bush and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with, really opened my eyes to taking care of my health.

Worst experience ever. I went in with a 101 fever, coughing up green and brown phlegm, lungs filled with fluid, raw throat, shaking and hot n cold flashes. I saw a NP. I already knew it would be a bad experience and it was. I was told I had a common cold. That’s it. Then the next day I’m at 103 degree temperature and all symptoms worse. The NP only seemed to care that my covid test was negative. She was rude and had no answers for my questions that made any sense. Also when I called in the morning I was told there was a 2 and a half hour wait time so I scheduled an appointment for 3:30. When I got there, there was NO ONE in the waiting room AT ALL. I think they said that on the phone so I wouldn’t come. I wish I hadn’t. Now I’m seeing my primary care doctor. I got medicine to help with all my symptoms and guess what? It’s a terrible upper respiratory infection or pneumonia because it wasn’t treated soon enough! This woman was not fit to wear a lab coat. She didn’t even hardly examine me. Looked at my throat for literally half a second with my mouth open. No tongue depressor. Horrible horrible experience. Do not waist your time like I did!!!
