The bank is never open to when it says it is. there's only ever 2 Tellers, with a bunch of other people just standing around. the ATMs are always down never working. I've had this bank for over 10 years and still question myself why haven't found another bank it's just a process. yet this is the one and only location in MA except for recently just another has opened. could go on.
