This is telecare only! No physical medical space located on Newbury St. People, some of them clearly very sick, have been coming into the building searching for the facilities for years now only to be disappointed when they discover nothing is here. The owner should remove the address from the listing. It's very misleading.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Dr DeMertine @ Telemed 24/7. I was traveling through Boston for work when I discovered that I forgot to pack an essential medication. I rang the "Bay State Telemed 24/7", and spoke with Dr DeMertine and he expertly and efficiently navigated the provisioning of medication through CVS. There was no charge but kind words wishing me safe travels. Strongly recommend!

I got a burn on my forearm, and didn't seem to be healing although I have used over the counter meds for burns but Doc recommended some antibiotics and check for any ongoing infection. I have to say I loved the time it took and consideration and attention to my worries, Quick, efficient, would recommend.

This service is a godsend. I became suddenly very sick at night with wheezing and difficulty breathing. I called The Doc Is In (the other name for this service) and Dr. DeMertine answered right away. He was very quick with assessing that I had bronchitis and needed an inhaler, z-pack and steroids stat. He called it in to my local 24/7 pharmacy right away and I had my meds (and was able to breathe freely) within an hour. He does not take insurance but I could have cared less at that point and the fee is a reasonable $160. I really can't say enough about this service and Dr. DeMertine. He really saved me that night. 10/10 would recommend.
