I hate mental healthcare professionals who treat their patients who are already struggling with depression and anxiety so shamefully. Got a first appointment and they couldn’t get me in for months. Had my first appointment today and bc of covid it was telemed so it was online, no one showed up to the appt. when I called they told me to just wait in the online lobby even though it had been 30 minutes. No one came. I called again and was transferred to many different places and put on hold for over 30 minutes and nothing came from it. Finally talked to someone and even she couldn’t get through to anyone that could help. Awful experience. They should be ashamed of how they treat their patients. I am disgusted
