The nurse practitioner was extremely rude to us. Arrived 20 mins early for the appointment. Was told it was going to be an hour to an hour and 45 min wait. He was already out out in the waiting area arguing with a elderly man. Be extremely rude to him. He also jerked the phone from the old man. Didn't even let him tell his wife bye.

I made my online appointment they cancel it twice 3rd time the nurse never even showed to work and I never was noticed. The manager of the store didn't even know how to get ahold of them at 9:30 when they were suppose to be there at 9:30, what a joke of a service. They told me at 9:30 you will need to reschedule it again

I came withOUT an appointment. I checked in and was seen within 15minutes. RN was very friendly but professional. Paper work completed. Everything explained and I was done and out within another 15-20 minutes. This was for a TB test, but still was happy with minimal time waiting with just walking in without an appointment.

You can make an appt online but you sign in at the kiosk when you arrive letting them know you are there.
