I don't understand at all I have waited on vacancy and everytime something comes available I contact the office at the same moment or the same day and I'm told nothing is open or no rentals available. I loved this location and it would have been perfect for what I've searched for however noone is intrested in even showing an apartment or speaking to me. Office management seems to busy for public. 🙃

This place could be better than it was, but the landlord in 2017 was the worst. She half did everything that needed to be done before I moved in, she sent the maintenance man who did more damage to the apartment and when I left she wanted me to pay for and even placed it on my credit. Beware of the smile of that landlord she's has a wicked heart!

Awesome and close to everything in Greenwood👌. I love the swimming pool and the way the management keeps the landscape in order and it is not noisy. But, if you live near some Lander Students roommates, they are always kind and obedient if they cause too much noise with their partying. But, it is okay, because when we were young, we did the same..so college kids are going to be College kids.👍🏾
