Great neighbors. Too many speedbumps on hills really. Fed Ex and U P S speed over the bumps like they are trying to set land speed record or trying to see how much air they can get Office mgr is a knucklehead for.leavimg.them in place on a hill.

A resident for over a year now. Village has leadership problems, road issues galore, and committees so entrenched that outside voices are silenced. Currently cannot recommend this as a friendly residential community that puts residents first but instead uses punishing techniques to "control" people.

it's a good place to live everybody's friendly and there are many things to do swimming pool jacuzzi weight room puzzle room just seconds away from the river

I absolutely adore GreenTrees. Lots of active great people live here including myself. Cute little homes and the over all place is well kept. I recommend GreenTrees to anyone wanting a place on the coast that is cozy, clean and secure. The only downside is that we cannot have yard sales or estate sales to the public except once a year at the end of summer. The board members would make many owners happy if they would "allow" another day on the calendar for sales in the Spring.
