You can’t never get a parking spot in front of your building because people that has 2-3 cars want to park them all on the front row and not park the extra cars on the back row. Or they don’t have their guest park on the back row. And they take 3-4 months to come fix anything! I’ll be so glad when my lease is up.

Management is horrible! Maintenance doesnt do their job! Would not recommend moving here till new management is provided. Kelly does not do anything to help the community here. Everything is falling apart. Ceilings and floors falling in, mold growing, doors boarded up, a.c. units dont work, all apliances are old and breaking. Not worth the 8 to 900 they are trying to charge.

Assistance like section 8 yes but regular low income no because a 2 bedroom is $750 and a 3 bedroom is $850.
Yes we are pet friendly community. 25 lbs weight limit. 2 pets limiy pet household. Breeds restrictions may apply
