Went up there to show proof of income so my son can continue getting his disability after they shut it off for assuming how much I made without proof. They said it would fix it and got an email today showing it wasn't fixed. Don't assume how much someone makes just because that's how much you probably make.

Called and talked to a representative to get my SS amount and they were wrong. Applied for my benefits plus spousal and did not receive spousal. Called to talk to them and got a recording, "Unable to answer your call at this time." Called national number and was disconnected after a 2 hour and 17 minute wait.
