Really counted on them after buying all my buildings from them. They moved from 1 property and charged $1200. Less than 3 miles now I need moved less than a mile and they say they will not move the sheds. Needed to buy another and will not be buying from here ever again. Especially with the run around.

Well, there is so much to say, it's hard to know where to start...let's try the beginning. From the get go, Keith was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and committed to our satisfaction. Translated...he listened to our needs and found a way to make our TWO cool sheds happen. Great communication, honest negotiations, prompt attention. My building was bought from the lot and we had to build a foundation. Keith hand measured important dimensions, took photos and drew diagrams to guide the work--and he got it right! Keith made sure that we got the best deal possible when making the purchase and ensured a smooth transaction. We decided to go brand new with my wife's building, so the process was a bit more complicated. The online custom design software isn't perfect, but functional enough to a strong working idea of the look and cost, which in our case, required numerous custom features, including windows in specific locations and a residential door, placed off-center. Keith knew enough about the building's off-site construction that he was able to guide us in where to place windows to clear trim, and be far enough from building sides to not harm the structure's integrity. He effectively communicated with the manufacturer and when the building arrived, it was just as we ordered!! Now the deliveries...Jim and Bryan are cowboys, or more like obstetricians---they were delivering our "babies!" They brought my building down hwy 61 to James Island all the way from Summerville, during the Florence evacuation orders! Couldn't come down I-26, but they came anyway...a day early in case the storm hit. They saved us from a great deal of inconvenience because we had valuables stored outside that needed to go into my building to avoid ruin. They got 'er done and, boy, it was not an easy installation. Totally professional and committed to getting it done right and safely. My wife's building came in and the boys dropped it down, wiggled it an inch here and an inch there (a 12' X 20' building, mind you) and put it exactly where I wanted it. Great team effort! Kind, courteous, and professional. Cool-Sheds are built to SC wind codes of true yellow pine 2 X 4's and 6's (not the ripped 2 X 6's in Home Depot sheds), hurricane strapped, with real ply-wood floors (not particle board). These "sheds" are almost really tiny houses, are a great value and are solid as a rock. You can't go wrong with a cool-shed.
