Front desk staff at this location and very unprofessional. The coordination of care between front desk and the professionals in the back is minimal and we’ve been very frustrated with the care provided as a result. If it was a one time event, I wouldn’t leave a review but it has been a pattern of at least 4 things over the past year, increasingly worse each time. We have been waiting on a call back from a manager for a week now after we made a complaint AND a specific and urgent need/request for our dogs care that will likely result in leaving Banfield after years of being customers.

Hard to get into but they care well for my dog. Vets turnover a lot here too.

horrible communication in this office. it came time for my dogs yearly heart-worm test and i called to make sure it would be alright to have him tested somewhere else since it would be cheaper, they assured me it was fine as long as i brought in the test results for their records. well i brought in the records but then they tell me he will have to have an office visit before they can sell me the trifexis i asked for. they claimed my dog hadnt been seen since December (its September right now) and that this meant he hadnt been seen in over a year (dec to sept is less than a year) so i would have to pay for an office visit before they could sell me the trifexis well needless to say we will be taking our custom elsewhere

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
