I called last week looking to get the undercarriage done on my 2015’ pickup.. They told me they sand, prep and tape off everything underneath, then the coating cures in about 24hours. I go to the shop to drop of the truck and he tells me he can only wire brush it, and he will shoot over the entire chassis and over my brand new shocks. and I could pick it up the same day it gets coated. Seemed like the guy on the phone and the guy I spoke to, were two different people.. I had 3 more trucks to bring and they just lost a possible $4,000. Dont recommend unless you have a brand new vehicle.

Worst experience, got into a car accident they towed it, kept it and wouldn’t answer. Finally got to the place and was charge so many extra fees. Went inside looking for my laptop from work and couldn’t find it. They said it couldn’t happen at the place as the car was locked but they keep the key inside of the car so how can it be locked. Decided to take the L so I paid for it to dropped off at my house and they left it in the middle of the street. Never knocked on my door to alert me or anything. When called they said they knocked but the ring proved other wis3. Kept putting me on hold hold hold and ignoring me.

I went to line x west Babylon for the 2nd time now, once for my ram and now for my new ford f 150. had a great experience they took care of me on my spray in bed liner and did a great job getting me the bed cover i wanted that was on back order very fast and had everything installed within 3 hours way faster than i would have thought! great experience and help would recommend for sure!

Awesome job. I wanted someone local, locally owned. Came by and they discussed the options for my truck. Great experience with a fast turn around. Will be back for undercoat.
