A very nice looking, buffet style BBQ joint. Extremely clean, family friendly atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious. Pulled pork BBQ, with a good mustard based sauce (I think). The crew was friendly and service oriented. I could see this place bustling with activity; they certainly have good food, and the facility could comfortably seat 150+ people with at least three dining rooms.

Buffet is open on one side.
Just put on gloves when getting food and they serve your drinks n refills
Our chopped pork without bbq sauce will work for you and we have several sides with out wheat or dairy additives

I've never had it watery maybe they have a new cook Or someone gets got in a hurry and didn't pay attention to what they were doing Usually it's great
