Unfortunately, some ppl can have a dog and some cannot, which makes no sense! And, The Landlord thinks that they can go into your home unannounced... This is Highly Illegal!!! Doesn't matter what State you live in.....

Hi Matt. Some people in the park own their trailer so they can have a pet as long as they clean up after their pets outside. Other residents have service animals.

I'm interested in renting a mobile home. Do you have any available, if so how much is the rent and what do you require for deposit? Also, what is pet policy?

Hi Gaye, We do not allow pets. We have a 2b/2b house available right now. Rent is $650 and we require $650 security deposit and $650 for last month's rent.
