I was a CWS customer for three years. They supplied clean water, gave me a lead testing kit, and had good water pressure. I never had any discrepancies on my bill and the rates are pretty good. The water tastes a bit like a lake, but what can you do? I got a simple filter and the taste is great. It's sad to see PFOA/PFAS making it into the water system, but it's not feasible to filter those before supply.

Just went to pay water bill and took me to Doxo who wanted to charge 6.96 to deliver. Called customer service and they are so helpful. Very patient, polite and great doing their job. Wonderful experience ☺️

We moved to Charleston a couple of years ago, only time they were friendly is when we called to start water at our house, every other time they have been very hateful and unhelpful people. For Heaven’s forbidden customers dare to have questions and concerns! Terrible company. I would hate to work for a company that treats customers so poorly.
