They did a great job on the furniture at my hotel.
No. It is not necessary. When I worked with Steemer, we had quite a few times where customers left the door unlocked, left the key hidden for us, or gave us a lock code. You just need a valid contact number, and usually payment must be confirmed before starting the cleaning.
2 rooms of wall to wall carpet. It includes spot treating and moving light furniture. Rooms that are larger that 300 sqft or living room dining room combos may count as 2 rooms
